Key Responsibilities

Meeting Coordination & Punctuality: Schedule, organize, and facilitate internal alignment meetings across teams, ensuring attendees arrive on time, stay focused, and stick to the agenda.

Delivery Manager Support: Provide direct administrative and execution support to the Technical Project Delivery Manager—helping track project statuses, follow up on pending items, and maintain overall project documentation.

AI Note-Taking Review & Verification: Review, edit, and audit automated AI note-taking transcripts from internal and client meetings to guarantee 100% accuracy, clean summaries, and precise action-item capture.

Task Allocation & Tracking: Ensure all action items discussed during meetings are immediately translated into structured tasks and correctly assigned to the appropriate team members in our project management software.

Claims & Expense Compliance: Monitor and ensure that all team members log their project-related claims, receipts, and operational expenses into the system accurately and on time.

Team Accountability & Follow-ups: Gently bug, prompt, and remind team members about upcoming deadlines, missing task updates, or overdue expense submissions to keep operations moving smoothly.
