Privacy Policy — ZN Labs
Last updated: 9 July 2026
ZN Labs (“we,” “our,” “us”) prepared this Privacy Policy to help you understand our practices with respect to the collection, use, and disclosure of information we collect from you through zalnadalabs.com (the “Site“).
This Policy covers the Site generally — browsing the Site and submitting our contact form. It does not cover job applications. If you are applying for a role through our Careers page, a separate Careers Privacy Policy applies to that process instead. Please review it at zalnadalabs.com/careers-privacy-policy/ before submitting an application — it explains what’s collected, how your resume is handled, and how long it’s kept, in more detail than is relevant here.
1. What Information We Collect and How
We collect information from you when you:
- Submit our contact form
- Browse the Site
- Contact us directly by email or other means
a. Information You Provide
When you submit our contact form, we collect your name, email address, company (optional), and the message you write to us. We use this solely to respond to your enquiry.
b. Third-Party Tools
We use third-party tools and service providers to operate, secure, and improve the Site — for example, to help protect our contact form against automated spam and abuse, to keep the Site running reliably, and, where enabled, to understand how visitors use the Site. Using the Site may result in your information being transferred to and processed by these third parties, in accordance with their own privacy policies. We do not control, and are not responsible for, the privacy practices of these third parties, and we encourage you to review their policies directly if you’d like more detail than this section provides.
c. Automatically-Collected Information
We (and the third-party tools described above) may automatically collect certain technical information when you visit the Site, including your IP address, approximate location, browser type, device type, and information about how you interact with the Site (such as pages visited and referring links). Some of this information may be collected through cookies or similar tracking technologies, depending on which third-party tools are active on the Site at any given time.
2. How We Use the Information We Collect
We use the information we collect for the following purposes:
- Responding to you. To respond to enquiries submitted through the contact form.
- Securing the Site. To protect the Site and our systems against spam, abuse, and unauthorized access, including through the third-party tools described in Section 1.b.
- Understanding and improving the Site. Where analytics tools are active, to understand in aggregate how visitors use the Site, so we can improve it.
- Legal compliance. To comply with applicable law, or to respond to lawful requests from public authorities.
- Consent. For any other purpose that is clearly disclosed to you at the time you provide your information, or with your consent.
3. How We Disclose Information
We disclose information we collect for the following purposes:
- With third-party service providers, as described in Section 1.b, to help us operate, secure, and improve the Site.
- As necessary to comply with applicable law, including governmental or law enforcement requests, or to protect the rights, privacy, safety, or property of you, us, or others.
- In connection with a business transaction, such as a proposed or actual merger, financing, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to standard confidentiality arrangements.
We do not sell your personal data, and we do not disclose it to third parties for their own independent marketing purposes.
4. Transfer of Information
Some of the third-party tools described in Section 1.b may be based, or may process data, outside Singapore. Where this happens, your information may be transferred to and processed in other countries, which may have different data protection laws than Singapore. Where required, we take reasonable steps to ensure such transfers are subject to appropriate safeguards.
5. Retention of Information
We keep information submitted through the contact form for no longer than is reasonably necessary to respond to and resolve your enquiry, after which it is deleted in the ordinary course of business.
Job application data is retained according to the separate Careers Privacy Policy referenced above, not this Policy.
6. Managing Your Information
You have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Request correction of inaccurate data
- Withdraw consent for us to continue collecting, using, or disclosing your data (though this may limit our ability to respond to you)
- Lodge a complaint with Singapore’s Personal Data Protection Commission (PDPC) if you believe we have mishandled your data
To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the details in Section 9.
7. Information from Children
The Site is intended for business and professional use and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information without appropriate consent, please contact us and we will take reasonable steps to delete it.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may revise this Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top reflects the most recent revision. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
