This notice explains how ZN Labs handles personal data submitted through the Careers page’s job application form, in line with Singapore’s Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA). It’s separate from our general site Privacy Policy, which covers the contact form and general site usage instead.
What we collect
When you submit a job application, we collect your name, email address, the position you’re applying for, any message you include, and your resume file.
How we use it
Your information is used solely to evaluate your application and contact you about it. It is shared only with the people directly involved in hiring for the role. You also consent us to contact you via the provide contact information on the website form or/and any attached documents. At times we may conduct candidate reputational record via a third party however we will inform you prior to such actions.
How long we keep it
Your resume file is emailed to our hiring team and then deleted from our server immediately afterward — it is not stored on the website itself. The application details (name, email, position, message) remain in that email thread and our internal Applicant Tracking System (ATS) or/and Human Resource Management System (HRMS) and subject to its own retention practices.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your application data at any time by contacting us.
